LEGAL COUNSEL

The successful candidate will be a lawyer with three to five years pqe with broad-based experience in a leading law firm. You will work on a broad range of corporate and legal management matters, working with and reporting directly to the Senior Vice President, Legal. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the maturity and flexibility to work on a diverse range of matters. This role is suited to candidates who wish to add their enthusiasm, experience and professional talent to a young, energetic team who are committed to professional excellence and making a difference in the world.

CORPORATE LEGAL COUNSEL

This senior appointment requires an outstanding lawyer with a minimum of six years pqe. You will advise in relation to both capital markets and global projects, reporting directly to Legatum’s President. The variety of work would suit those with broad-based commercial experience, ideally with some background in capital markets, and a passion to apply those core skills across a variety of projects. Applicants with both in-house and leading law firm experience are warmly welcomed.
