Tim Somerville
Tim is the founding Partner of the Firm with more than 35 years’ experience.
Tim oversees the Business law and General law practices of the Firm and also
has considerable experience in advising on tax aspects of business.
He has gained considerable experience in the legal and regulatory issues
associated with telecommunications, transport and advertising, and draws on
his background in litigation to represent clients involved in commercial litigation.
Tim has been awarded specialist accreditation in business law by the Law
Society of NSW. He sits on the Law Society committee which awards specialist
accreditation in business law, a recognition of his experience and skill in
handling complex business transactions, including their tax aspects.
Patrick Heath
Patrick is an Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury law; in fact, he was one of
the first to be accredited in NSW. He has more than 20 years experience in this
area of law and is skilled in handling large complex claims.
Patrick leads the firm's litigation practice, the largest such practice in Northern
Sydney. He acts for many individuals on a broad range of claims and appears
on their behalf in Local and District Courts and the Supreme Court when
necessary.
The situation of every individual is different; however, Patrick’s experience has
given him an understanding and appreciation of the stress and strains one
goes through.
