Company Secretary & Corporate Counsel – Part-time (flexible hours)
London

As part of the International and Offshore (I&O) legal department the successful applicant will be based in the I&O Headquarters of the company at its riverside location in central London.

This is an exciting new role which has evolved due to the company’s expanding interests. Working as part of a close-knit legal department the role is split into two distinct specialisms. Working as the Company Secretary you will ensure that the 47 companies currently in the I&O Business Unit comply with the corporate regulatory requirements in their jurisdiction of incorporation. As Corporate Counsel you will provide corporate and legal solutions for the senior management and business groups of the I&O Business Unit.

Applicants must have experience of working as a Company Secretary for large multinational corporations and experience of working in the corporate legal field. You must be a qualified lawyer.
