We will look at either experienced consultants who can demonstrate previous successes in a recruitment role or inexperienced people with a sales background or people who are starting their careers and can demonstrate the ability to motivate, inspire and influence others. 

Although recruitment is a sales role, we need to be able to understand the entirety of a candidate's experience so we can help them stand out from the crowd and adequately represent them. We also need to be able to meet our client's needs and fulfil their expectations by understanding what they are looking for in that suitable person.

A lot of time, money and energy is put into on-going training for our existing team and new joiners. As we have a team of highly experienced and knowledgeable people who are working in recruitment every day, we carry out some of our training in-house. We also use a number excellent independent external trainers and courses/events organised by RSCA, who we are also corporate members of.

We are looking for additional consultants in the following areas: 

·                Lawyer Recruitment – Based in our London office to recruit locally and internationally.

·               Secretarial Recruitment – Based in our London office to handle local legal secretarial recruitment.
