Consultations Clients, who use our consultation service, predominantly use this service if:
- Their objective is to submit a UK leave to remain or entry clearance application in the near future but wish to be familiar with what is specifically required from them (whether it be information or documents), in order to be fully prepared when they are ready to submit their application. This will prevent any unnecessary delays in their application being prepared.
Compliance Audits Employers and employees are both subject to immigration compliance. If it is found by the UK Border Agency that either the employers and/or employees have either inadvertently/advertently committed violations, action will be taken against them. The penalties can range from monetary penalties to criminal liability. Repeat offences have the potential to bar all future employee transfers to the UK.
We provide strategic advice, training and confidential internal investigations and audits to securely manage compliance programs to prevent violations being committed.
Full service Clients, who use our full service, predominantly use this service if:
- They do not wish to, or do not have the requisite time to prepare their UK immigration application and therefore require their application to be handled by professionals in this field, ensuring a much higher success rate. This service is provided in the most cost effective and efficient manner.
Document checking service Clients, who use our document checking service, predominantly use this service if:
- They are not entirely confident they have included all the necessary documents and/or information in their application hence wish for their UK immigration application to be verified prior to them submitting the application.
Fast track service Clients, who use our fast track service, predominantly use this service if:
- They are unable to part with their passport for long periods of time due to employment restrictions and or vacations which have been booked, therefore require their application to be determined in one day.
