In an age driven by the internet and social media it is becoming ever easier for news and media networks to reach consumers. With loose theoretical talks of a potential double dip in the financial market in 2012, the media have been up to their old tricks of scaring the public into another recession panicked frenzy.

As  a knock on effect this kind of talk is causing job seekers to think twice when looking for a new role. Instead of taking the next step and furthering their own careers they are limiting their futures and a huge factor of this is a result of the media’s exaggeration. We are encouraging people to embrace a more positive attitude not only in their professional life, but in general.
