Because of our consultative and professional approach, we are a primary resource for our clients. We advise and guide our clients on the staff they require. We are also able to work quickly and cost effectively. Many of our clients have been using GR Law for many years and are as loyal and committed to GR Law as we are to them. We step away from the normal sales and business development approach and instead rely on our name and reputation in the market to attract clients to us. Many clients that we work with are a result of a referral either from another client or a candidate.

Market Knowledge
Clients tend to rely on their consultancy for up to date market information. This can be anything from how the current market climate is, to recent salary surveys. How are your competitors working at the moment? Are they seeking the same staff as you? How are you to insure that a candidate chooses your firm over another? This is all something that your legal consultancy should be able to advise you on. Because of the diversity of our legal client base, we have always got the most up to date market knowledge at our fingertips. This enables us to stay one step ahead of our competitors and also enables us to ensure that our approach is truly consultative.
Testing
Testing admin and support staff is something that has been done for many years and it’s a practice that we have been offering for some time now. Every business support candidates that registers with GR Law is tested on our basic skills tests; Word, Typing and spelling. The system we use is able to test on many more areas as well. Should you need a candidate who has excellent PowerPoint and Excel skill we can test on this, need a candidate au fait with Microsoft Access? This can be done. We have a large variety of tests we can offer a client or a candidate. All test results can be given as well as a detailed results sheet. We are also able to house any tests our clients normally would do themselves. We have a number of clients who like to design and produce their own tests and they then set those tests up in our offices so we can take this process off of their time and office space.
Diversity
All businesses are under more and more pressure to not discriminate when they are recruiting for their firm. As a reputable consultancy and supplier to our clients, we also have to ensure that we follow a similar theme. We have detailed equal opportunities policies we follow as an employer but we also do what we can to further attract applicants from more diverse backgrounds.
