Sustainable Development and Environmental Policy Statement

GR Law PTY Ltd is committed to leading the industry in minimising the impact of its activities on the environment.

The key points of its strategy to achieve this are:

·         Build sustainable development into all policies, plans and decisions

·         Minimise waste by evaluating operations and ensuring they are as efficient as possible.

·         Minimise toxic emissions through the selection and use of its equipment and the source of its power requirement.

·          Actively promote recycling both internally and amongst its customers and suppliers.

·       Identify, monitor and mitigate social, economic and environmental impacts to direct continual improvement.

·        Source and promote a product range to minimise the environmental impact of both production and distribution.

·         Operate and Environmental Management System.

·         Meet or exceed all the environmental legislation that relates to the Partnership.

·         Use an accredited program to offset the greenhouse gas emissions generated by our activities.

·         Ensure that this policy is publicly available and staff are aware of it.

·         Produce an action plan to meet these objectives and review these annually.

We will look at either experienced consultants who can demonstrate previous successes in a recruitment role or inexperienced people with a sales background or people who are starting their careers and can demonstrate the ability to motivate, inspire and influence others. 

Although recruitment is a sales role we need to be able to understand the entirety of a candidate's experience so we can help them stand out from the crowd and adequately represent them. We also need to be able to meet our client's needs and fulfil their expectations by understanding what they are looking for in that suitable person.

A lot of time, money and energy is put into on-going training for our existing team and new joiners. As we have a team of highly experienced and knowledgeable people who are working in recruitment every day, we carry out some of our training in-house. We also use a number excellent independent external trainers and courses/events organised by RSCA, who we are also corporate members of.

We are looking for additional consultants in the following areas: 

·                 Lawyer Recruitment – UK and international based in our London office.

·                 Secretarial Recruitment – based in our London office handling London legal secretarial      recruitment.

·                 Marketing/BD Recruitment – also London based but with an international component as the role develops
